Our Service interacts with third-party AI platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of responses from these platforms. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. AI VISIBILITY METRICS AND INSIGHTS ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES AND SHOULD NOT BE THE SOLE BASIS FOR BUSINESS DECISIONS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROMPT SCREENER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prompt Screener and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
